Project Leadership

Project leadership and Management

With a long career focusing on leading projects from Interior design, store layouts, product development and managing projects and teams worldwide, Claire and her network focus on this strength in the daily work at Emily May design and has strengthened Emily May Design as a company and a long term business partner.

Our ambition is to solve the customers needs and to achieve the project goals within the given constraints .

Through a first meeting to understand the goals, scope, time and budget we can agree or create a brief.

We then analyse the project and establish if we can meet the pre-defined objectives.

When the objectives are agreed within the project and we decide to continue with the goal and scope then we will start the project planning including the time plan, resources and budget when this is agreed between all partners we will then commence with the project according to the plan. Including set milestones and communication meetings along the way.

Finalising with delivering the project we will offer a audit or follow up on the project to ensure we reached the project agreed goal.
